We will refund or reprint your order at no cost in the following cases:
- The product itself is defective or flawed.
- Design error: the design is incorrect compared to what was displayed on our site.
- Incorrect product information: the product’s type or size does not match your order.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please report the issue within 14 days of receiving your item. Send the following information to [email protected]:
- Your order/invoice ID.
- A picture of the item if it is incorrect or damaged.
Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it within 1-3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days.
Returns
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you do not need to return it to us. We will approve the refund immediately, which will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Please Note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, not being available to receive the delivery, failure to pick up the package).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, tracking shows “delivered” but the package is lost).
- The item is as described.
Order Cancellation (if applicable)
Customers have 24 hours to request cancellation after placing an order. A management, processing, and transaction fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied for cancellations. After 24 hours, the item will be in production, and we cannot support cancellation.
Refund Processing Times:
- PayPal Accounts: 48 hours.
- Credit Card Accounts: 10-14 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank.
Exchanges:
- In-stock items: 1-3 business days.
- Out-of-stock items: 5-7 business days.
Compensation (Points or Coupons): 1-2 business days.
Repair: 7-14 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns for sizing unless the wrong size was sent due to our error. If there is an issue such as a printing defect, we will resolve it for you. Please contact us first, and we will guide you through the process. Do not send your item back unless authorized by us.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank—processing times can vary.
