At Oasisare Store, we aim to provide efficient and transparent shipping to ensure your handmade charms arrive on time and in perfect condition. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Processing Time & Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your destination. To get an accurate calculation, add your items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total.

Shipping & Handling
We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday, EST), excluding holidays recognized by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days* during regular seasons. This may vary during peak or holiday seasons.

Flat Rate Shipping
You can order as many items as you like, and we offer a flat rate for shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days* during regular seasons (additional time may be needed during holiday seasons).

About Late Deliveries
While our shipping partners strive to deliver your package on time, unforeseen events can occasionally cause delays. Oasisare Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect address or missing details (e.g., apartment or unit number)
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow 2-4 days for the shipping carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not immediately available, it may simply mean the package has not yet been processed by the carrier.

Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to speed up delivery. You may receive one item before the others, but rest assured, all items will arrive soon.

No Order Confirmation?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, it may be due to a typo in your email address. If you suspect this, please contact us, and we will update your email information and resend the confirmation.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
We do not currently offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders for each location.

PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are sent via DHL Global Mail and then handed over to USPS for final delivery. APO shipments can take up to 45 additional days to arrive, and tracking updates may cease once the package enters the military mail system for security reasons.
