HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Placing an order with Oasisare Store is simple! Just choose your favorite charm or accessory on the product page, click the “Add To Cart” button, and follow the easy checkout steps. Once your order is placed, we’ll begin preparing it and notify you when it’s on its way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit time.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to be updated in the shipping carrier’s system. If your tracking number isn’t working after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance, or reach out to us for support.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
